Great customer service! I purchased a refurbished laptop through Amazon, and it was shipped directly from DN Printer Solutions. Unfortunately, it had a loose part inside (it rattled) and I didn't even bother to power it up. I called. The CSR was courteous and professional. She was focused on "making it right" without making me jump through hoops. She arranged - at no cost to me - to deliver a replacement and return the defective laptop. It's only been two days, so I cannot comment on the product itself. Its appearance was fine. It powered up and installed Windows. It connected wirelessly to my router. I added new software. It meets expectations so far. Bottom line: NO complaints about the product, and PRAISE for their customer service..

However, despite this issue, the printer's exterior appeared brand new. I immediately reached out to Aleksandra in their customer support department, and without hesitation, she arranged for a replacement printer to be shipped to me. To my surprise, the replacement arrived at my doorstep within just two days! The speed and efficiency of their response were truly commendable. As I started using the newly replaced printer, I discovered that it did not have automatic duplex printing capabilities, which was an essential feature for my needs. I reached out to Aleksandra once again, and she promptly explained that the printer I had selected did not possess this functionality. However, she presented me with an excellent solution: for a minimal price difference, she offered to send me another replacement printer with auto duplex capabilities. Furthermore, she even provided a return authorization label for FedEx to pick up the printer from my office, making the entire process incredibly convenient. I cannot emphasize enough the dedication this company puts into ensuring customer satisfaction. Their level of effort and commitment stands out in an era where such attention to detail is rare. The office I work at recently purchased a printer from DN Printer Solutions. They provided exceptional customer services when we had difficulty with set up (user error on our part). We do a lot of in-house printing, and the printer is performing excellently even with the high demand. We have already bought another product from them and are equally pleased with it's condition and quality.

Ii called the phone number on the sticker on my computer completely frustrated because I could not figure out why my new HP toner wouldn't work in the printer.
