The warranty covers damage during shipping, product failing during proper use with supplies provided by us or genuine supplies ONLY (ex. Genuine HP Toner, Genuine Lexmark Toner, Genuine Dell Toner).

Used Items: All used items sold on our store include a complimentary 30-day warranty. We may repair or replace your item free of charge, or refund your order within 30 days of receiving your item. The warranty covers damage during shipping, product failing during proper use with supplies provided by us or genuine supplies ONLY (ex. Genuine HP Toner, Genuine Lexmark Toner, Genuine Dell Toner).

Refurbished Items: All used items sold in our store include a complimentary 90-day warranty. We may repair or replace your item free of charge, or refund your order within 90 days of receiving your item. The warranty covers damage during shipping, product failing during proper use with supplies provided by us or genuine supplies ONLY (ex. Genuine HP Toner, Genuine Lexmark Toner, Genuine Dell Toner).

AS-IS Items: All “as-is” items sold in our store do not include any warranty. All “as-is” items are sold as-is, where-is. It is the buyer’s role to ask about the item and inspect it thoroughly though the provided picture and description.
